You can benefit from a 50% tax reduction on a large part of our services (related to the maintenance of your home / the management of your daily life / administrative assistance / etc.).
With the Personal Service (SAP), 50% of the amounts you pay us during our interventions are returned to you at the end of each calendar year (deduction or tax credit). We then send you a tax certificate that you send to the French tax authorities (annual ceiling of €12,000)
Examples of services: maintenance of your home (ventilation, opening and closing of the house) / small gardening jobs / small DIY jobs / meal preparation / collection and delivery of ironed laundry / administrative assistance / etc.).
Please note that you cannot benefit from the Personal Service in the context of activities linked to the rental of your residence « Art. I – 4. 1 Definition: […] A seasonal rental may also be a place where personal services are provided to the person temporarily residing there (Article L.7231-1 of the French Labor Code). However, this definition excludes maintenance or repair tasks carried out at the beginning or end of the rental period for the benefit of the non-resident lessor.
Our services are considered personal services when they are provided for owners and their loved ones and not for a commercial activity.
